Agreement

By downloading or using SquareWave, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Fitness disclaimer

SquareWave provides timing and audio cues only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional guidance. You are responsible for choosing exercise, intervals, and intensity appropriate for you.

License and acceptable use

XYK LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SquareWave on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, or misuse the app except where law expressly permits it.

No warranties

SquareWave is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYK LLC disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYK LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SquareWave. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
