By downloading or using Around a World, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and acceptable use
XYK LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Around a World on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules. You may not copy, sell, rent, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where law expressly permits it.
Your data and travel results
Your travel passport is derived from photo metadata on your device. Country, state, and province results can be incomplete or inaccurate because source metadata may be missing or wrong. Review detected places before relying on or sharing them. You remain responsible for your device, photo library, corrections, manual entries, and exported content.
Not an official travel document
Around a World is a personal history and visualization tool. It is not a passport, visa, immigration record, proof of presence, or source of official travel advice.
Included features
Around a World has no subscription or paid upgrade. Its passport, map, review, manual-entry, and share-style features are included with the app.
Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the Around a World Privacy Policy.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYK LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update the app and these terms. Changes take effect when the revised terms are published on this page. Questions can be sent to hi@xyklabs.com.
