- Fitted clothing beats baggy clothing for measurement quality.
- Follow the pose guides — the app checks each photo before analysis and will tell you if a frame isn't usable.
- Scan under similar conditions each time; consistency is what makes trends trustworthy.
Subscriptions and credits
Purchases are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. A failed analysis returns its credit automatically. For anything that looks wrong, email us with the approximate purchase date.
Account and data
You sign in with Apple or Google. To delete your account and reports, use the in-app account controls or email us from the address linked to your account. Scan photos are already deleted after each analysis — see the privacy policy.
