BodyForm is licensed, not sold, to you by XYK LLC for use on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Not medical advice
BodyForm provides estimates and informational context about body measurements and composition. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Estimates carry ranges and can be wrong. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions, and never disregard professional advice because of something the app shows.
Subscriptions and credits
Analyses are paid for with a subscription or credit packs, billed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your App Store settings. A failed analysis that produces no report automatically returns its allowance. Credits have no cash value.
Your account
You need an Apple or Google sign-in to use BodyForm. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you enter; estimates depend on it. You may delete your account and data at any time as described in the privacy policy.
No warranty; limitation of liability
BodyForm is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XYK LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
