License
Pick'em is licensed, not sold, to you by XYK LLC for use on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Beta builds distributed through TestFlight are additionally governed by Apple's TestFlight terms.
Free to play — no gambling
Pick'em is a free entertainment app. It offers no wagering, accepts no stakes, charges no entry fees, and awards no prizes. Any arrangements league members make among themselves happen outside the app, are not facilitated by it, and are entirely their own responsibility — including compliance with local law.
Leagues and conduct
Leagues are private and invite-only. Commissioners can settle props and correct settlements; corrections are logged for the league. Keep display names and league names civil; we may remove content or access for abuse. Game data and scores may contain errors or delays — commissioners' settlements within the app are final for league standings.
Trademarks
NFL team names and marks are the property of their respective owners, used only to identify games. Pick'em is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NFL or any of its teams.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Pick'em is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XYK LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app — including disputes between league members.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
