Agreement
By installing or using StyleTrip, including a TestFlight beta, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and acceptable use
XYK LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StyleTrip on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules. You may not copy, sell, rent, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where law expressly permits it.
You retain your rights in wardrobe photos and other content you add. You confirm that you have permission to use any content you submit and will not use StyleTrip to create illegal, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing material.
Optional AI features
AI features are optional and may produce inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or sharing it. Availability may change, be limited, or be removed during beta testing.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what remains on your device and how selected images are processed when you request an optional AI feature.
No warranties and limitation of liability
StyleTrip is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYK LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms, or suspend access for misuse. The effective date above identifies the current version.
