License
Syntheremin Instrument is licensed, not sold, to you by XYK LLC for use on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Beta builds distributed through TestFlight are additionally governed by Apple's TestFlight terms and may change or stop working at any time.
Acceptable use
Use the app only where pointing a camera and playing sound is safe and lawful, and don't attempt to reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it. Recordings you make are yours; you're responsible for what you do with them.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Syntheremin Instrument is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a musical instrument, not a measurement or safety tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XYK LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
